Dr. Patel has been in pediatric practice since 1980. He was in practice in Colorado until 2005. He moved in 2005 to Arizona and joined Arizona Family Care Associates. In August 2010, he founded Vista Pediatrics, with a goal to provide complete pediatric care to all children in this area.
He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

We are very proud to welcome Joselita Abeleda, MD, FAAP, to our practice. We are excited to have her join our team of exceptional providers who take pride in providing you with compassionate, quality care.
Dr. Joselita Abeleda graduated from Manila Central University, Philippines where she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree. She finished her pediatric residency training at Long Island College Hospital, Brooklyn, NY. She practiced in North West Pennsylvania before moving to Tucson, AZ 5 years ago.
Brenna Petro, C-N.P.
Brenna grew up in the Pacific Northwest and attended Oregon Health and Science University where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Brenna then spent the next 6 years as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery and Level 2 Nursery. She also worked as Associate Faculty with Boise State University and Cochise College in clinical Obstetrics. Brenna then attended the University of Arizona earning a Master’s Of Nursing and is currently board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Brenna’s areas of clinical interest include: breastfeeding, pediatric nutrition, and Allergy/Immunology. She resides in Sierra Vista with her husband and 2 children and enjoys cooking, decorating and yoga.
